Shipping Policy

PROCESSING 

All payment will be verified and processed between 1-5 business days after your order date. Shipping address and billing address must match or additional verification will be required. 

All orders placed after 5pm (ET) are registered as the following day.

CUSTOMS

For some countries outside the United States of America, your customs department may decide to hold your items temporarily at the border. While this is rare, we ask that you check the customs in your country prior to ordering to ensure the item is approved and charges (if any) associated. ZnayOrganics will not claim responsibility for held items.

SHIPPING 

Shipping time depends on your shipping method your chose at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING DURING THE PEAK HOLIDAY PERIODS MIGHT TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL. 

Holidays and weekends are not counted as business days.

Signature Confirmation

Orders over $250 value may require a signature at the time of delivery. If a signature is required carrier will make three delivery attempts. If you have missed your delivery the item will be returned to ZnayOrganics and customer will cover all fees associated.

Where does your item ship from?
We procure from various partners worldwide and have warehouses strategically located in the US and the Caribbean.

TRACKING

• Standard Shipping

 Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Tracking number is sent via notification option selected at checkout. 

• Express Shipping

These are handled on a case-by-case basis and usually arrive between 1-5 business days.

Please allow additional shipping time for custom and wholesale orders. 

ZnayOrganics reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason.
